Return Policy

At Navesink Marine Systems, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Returns – Stock Items
We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original factory packaging
  • In resalable condition

No restocking fee will be applied to qualifying stock item returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened blister-pack items
  • Software products

Non-Stock / Special Order Items
Returns for non-stock or special order items are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping & Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned with postage paid.
  • All defective returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
